Your Instructor - Fei Chi Yang

A woman with long black hair wearing a light blue long-sleeve shirt, smiling and seated indoors with modern decor in the background, including shelves with books, vases, and decorative items.

Fei fell in love with pole fitness in 2014. Coming from a completely sedentary lifestyle with no dance or gymnastics background, she discovered a new world—one where she could grow her flexibility, express herself through movement, and build the strength to do what once felt like gravity-defying tricks. She later trained with several contortion and handstand coaches, which gave her a deeper appreciation for different training methods and the incredible physical demands each discipline requires.

Her curiosity about anatomy and movement led her back to school to pursue Master of Physical Therapy degree, and she has been working as a physiotherapist since 2021. Her current clinic is
416 Physio located in West Toronto/Etobicoke in Ontario, Canada.

More recently, Fei has felt a strong pull to share her knowledge of anatomy together with her passion for training splits and exploring deeper backbends, helping others unlock their own potential.
