I believe flexibility training should never feel discouraging. Yes, it can be challenging at times, but it should always feel safe, supportive, and within reach.
That’s why in my classes, I offer plenty of progressions and regressions, and I make sure you get the personal attention you need to grow at your own pace.
We meet once a week for 4 weeks in a row—because consistency, progressive loading, and thoughtful planning make all the difference when it comes to reaching your flexibility goals.
This is your time to commit to building a healthy relationship with your body—and my time to get to know and understand how your body moves.

Backbend Focused
Pre-requisite: must have your bridge.
Backbend Focused is a specialized mobility training designed to open the anterior body, strengthen the posterior chain, and improve spinal flexibility safely. Through anatomy-informed instruction, progressive drills, and mindful breathwork, we tailor sessions to all levels with targeted warm-ups, props, and modifications.
Ideal for desk-bound professionals, athletes, and dancers who want to take their flexibility to the next level. This program enhances posture, shoulder and hip mobility, and calm down your nervous-system while minimizing injury risk. The poses we will work towards include cobra, bridge, standing to bridge, and chest stand.
Front Splits Focused
Pre-requisite: fingertips can touch below half of the shin height when you bend over with knees straight
Front Splits Focused is a targeted mobility program designed to safely accelerate your path to full front splits. We blend physiotherapy exercises, active mobility drills, and personalized progressions tailored to your goals. Sessions include guided warm-ups, end range conditioning, PNF stretching, which culminates into a final shape of the week. Ideal for dancers, athletes, yogis, and anyone seeking sustainable, pain-free flexibility.
Middle Splits Focused
Pre-requisite: None
Middle Splits Focused is a targeted mobility program designed to safely accelerate your path to full middle splits. We blend physiotherapy exercises, active mobility drills, and personalized progressions tailored to your goals. Sessions include guided warm-ups, end range conditioning, PNF stretching, which culminates into a final shape of the week. Ideal for dancers, athletes, yogis, and anyone seeking sustainable, pain-free flexibility.
